By subscribing to the alumni association, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and the Capitol High Alumni Association.

2. Eligibility

Membership is typically open to individuals who have graduated from the institution or meet other eligibility criteria defined by the association.

3. Membership Types

• Annual Membership: Valid for one year, renewable.

• Life Membership: One-time payment granting lifetime access. Lifetime members will be assessed an annual maintenance fee, renewable. 

4. Payments and Refunds

• Payments are processed securely via third-party platforms.

• Refunds are generally not provided unless explicitly stated in a refund policy.

• Recurring payments may continue until canceled by the member.

5. Use of Services

Members may access exclusive content, events, and networking opportunities. Use of these services must comply with community guidelines and applicable laws.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided by the association (e.g., newsletters, logos, event materials) is protected and may not be reproduced without permission. 

7. Privacy Policy

Capitol High Alumni Association is committed to protecting and safeguarding the information of our members, viewers and users as you visit our website or use our services. 

We do not sell personal information. We may share data with service providers to help us operate our website, legal authorities if required by law and partners with your consent. 

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you or request a withdraw at any time.
